1940 Ford Coupe
The customer brought us this car after it had been stripped and some work had already been done to it. We installed an aftermarket firewall and transmission tunnel, removed the drip rails and replaced them with 3/8 inch round mild steel rod, and some other miscellaneous things.

This is how the car looked when it first arrived.
Here's Evette welding in the new aftermarket firewall.
We mounted the steering column and dropped in the engine and transmission...
so we could properly install the toe boards and transmission tunnel.
Evette removed the drip rails...
and Fred welded on the solid mild steel rod...
to simulate a drip rail.
This is what this 1940 Ford Coupe looked like when it left our shop.
