This shot shows what the car looked like when the customer delivered it to us.

We removed the body from its chassis.

Here's Justin power washing...

media blasting...

and priming the chassis.

Once the body was media blasted, we could see what areas needed to be repaired.

The driver side quarter panel had previously been worked on and needed to be replaced.

The area in front of the rear wheel on the passenger side needed to be replaced as well.

After we looked it over real good, Justin shot primer on the body to keep surface rust from forming.

We then attached the body back on the chassis.

This shows the area in front of the rear wheel on the passenger side after we cut the damaged area away...

and this shows it after it was repaired.

This is the driver side quarter panel area with the quarter panel removed and the inner stucture repaired.

Once the quarter panels were repaired, we primed both the passenger side...

and the driver side. The customer then picked up his project car and will keep it at home until he's ready for the next stage.
